TITLE DENTIST'S IMPRESSION TRAY
DESCRIPTION This horseshoe shaped metal tray was referred to as an impression tray. It is English and dates from around 1850. There was much experimenting with artificial teeth and beeswax or gutta-percha was used taking impressions in these trays.
