TITLE WELSH BUTTER SPOON
DESCRIPTION Carved and shaped from one piece of sycamore, this is a very good example of a Welsh butter spoon. Used in the Victorian dairy and farmhouse this was one of the many implements used in the butter making process.
It has a strong line, with chip carving to an edge, and a delightful hook handle. The hand carving process is apparent in the final surface of this Welsh butter butter spoon which is in mint condition.
